Spanish Charter Licence
If you wish to rent out your own boat
then you will need to obtain a Spanish Charter License. Failure to do this will lead to heavy fines.
We personally organise the charter license for all our charter boats. It is a complicated process and all the correct paperwork will be needed to present to the Spanish authorities.
The process to obtain a charter license takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
